We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IBM WebSphere MQ Consultant Developer .

This role is responsible for leading activities related to middleware planning, design and development. This role develops and maintains specialist knowledge of middleware concepts, architectures, software and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual activities providing self service solutions to developers following the DevOps best practices, maintaining all HSBC security standards having interaction with vendors and global engineering team.
• Provide toubleshooting in production support, such as in proyects, finding root cause and performing a proactive participation.
• Implementing, maintaining and supporting IBM Messaging architectures, making technical decisions for WebSphere MQ, working with the application team and Infrastructure teams to keep the production an nonproduction components in good shape and supporting new implementations.
• Working partial time in the Office and Home Office.
• Schedule changes as per the business need it is necessary to work on weekends and nights depending on the maintenance windows for the products and due to incidents.
