At Infovision México, we are searching for an IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find top tech talent. You'll work closely with our Delivery Managers, Client Partners, and RDMs to identify, attract, and select ideal candidates who will contribute to the success of our clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement specialized recruitment strategies for IT roles.
• Post and manage job openings on job boards and social media.
• Conduct technical and competency-based interviews.
• Collaborate with project leaders to understand each role's specific needs.
• Guarantee an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
