Lead iOS Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of high-impact mobile projects, focusing on upper-funnel functionality such as homepage, sales, category, authentication, and landing experiences.
• Architect and implement new features, maintain and refactor applications, and drive improvements in performance, automation, and scalability.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality releases and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Champion test coverage, quality engineering, and best practices to deliver robust and reliable products.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform decisions, optimize user experience, and improve app performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Backend / API, Analytics, and Quality, to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Android and full-stack teams to ensure platform consistency and overall system scalability.
• Lead by example : mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute through tech talks, workshops, and presentations.
