You’ll play a key role in shaping our Android applications, leading projects end-to-end, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class user experiences that scale to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Development : Drive complex Android projects covering core user experiences such as homepage, sales, category, authentication, and landing flows.
• Architect & Innovate : Design and implement new features, while maintaining, refactoring, and improving performance and automation across our mobile applications.
• Guide the Team : Review code, set technical direction, and mentor other developers through feedback, tech talks, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Champion Quality : Promote test coverage, reliability, and robust engineering practices as key pillars of the development process.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with UX, QA, product, analytics, and back-end / API teams to ensure cohesive and impactful solutions.
• Cross-Platform Alignment : Partner with iOS and full-stack engineers to ensure architectural consistency and maintain high-quality standards across platforms.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvements and impactful user-focused changes.
