Lead iOS EngineerWhat You'll DoLead the development of high-impact mobile projects, focusing on upper-funnel functionality such as homepage, sales, category, authentication, and landing experiences.Architect and implement new features, maintain and refactor applications, and drive improvements in performance, automation, and scalability.Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality releases and foster a culture of technical excellence.Champion test coverage, quality engineering, and best practices to deliver robust and reliable products.Leverage data and metrics to inform decisions, optimize user experience, and improve app performance.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Backend / API, Analytics, and Quality, to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.Partner with Android and full-stack teams to ensure platform consistency and overall system scalability.Lead by example : mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute through tech talks, workshops, and presentations.What You'll Bring5+ years of professional iOS development experience on publicly available apps.Proven ability to design and architect complex features in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.Deep expertise in iOS fundamentals, debugging, memory management, and endpoint interaction.Strong understanding of architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, Clean / VIPER) and asynchronous programming.Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a track record of knowledge sharing and mentoring.Commitment to fostering a respectful, constructive, and collaborative team culture.Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and iOS UI / UX best practices.Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new libraries, frameworks, and tools to stay at the forefront of mobile development.Nice to HaveExperience with SwiftUI, Combine, and GraphQL.Familiarity with Ruby or other scripting languages.Exposure to other platforms, such as Android or Full-Stack development.Why Join Us?
