IT Recruiter with a focus on UX Research | UX / UI designer | Human-Centered-Design | Fintech | Startups

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of high-impact mobile projects focused on upper-funnel functionality such as homepage, sales, category, authentication, and landing experiences.
  • Architect and build new features, maintain and refactor applications, and drive improvements in performance and automation.
  • Review code and provide constructive feedback as part of the release approval process.
  • Champion test coverage and quality engineering to ensure robust, reliable products.
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive meaningful improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate frequently with cross-functional teams including Quality, UX, Back-End / API, Product, and Analytics.
  • While primarily iOS-focused, partner with Android and full-stack teams to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.
  • Lead by example—mentor teammates, share best practices, and contribute through tech talks and presentations.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional iOS development experience on publicly available apps.
  • Strong passion for writing clean, readable, well-tested code, and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
  • Deep expertise in iOS fundamentals, endpoint interaction, debugging, and memory management.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting complex features in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of architecture patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Clean / VIPER, and asynchronous programming.
  • Curiosity for exploring new libraries, frameworks, and tools, with a drive to stay at the forefront of mobile development.
  • Commitment to respectful, constructive code reviews as a foundation for a healthy team culture.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and iOS UI / UX best practices.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Ruby or other scripting languages.
  • Exposure to other platforms, such as Android or Full-Stack development.
