About Self Inspection

Self Inspection is transforming how the automotive and mobility industries assess vehicle condition—using AI, computer vision, and automation to make inspections faster, more accurate, and fully digital. Our clients include rental companies, fleet operators, banks, and insurance providers. We’re scaling rapidly across the U.S. and internationally, and we’re hiring an ambitious, tech-savvy SDR to help grow our pipeline.

Role Overview

As an SDR, you’ll be the front line of our go-to-market—identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential customers for our inspection automation platform. You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales to build relationships, craft outreach, and book high-quality meetings that become major partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts (rental, fleet, banking / auto finance, insurance).
  • Qualify inbound / outbound leads by uncovering pain around cost, turnaround, accuracy, and claims risk.
  • Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to generate meetings for AEs.
  • Maintain clean CRM data (HubSpot / Salesforce); follow up on campaign / event leads.
  • Share feedback on lead quality, messaging, and competitors; hit / exceed monthly meeting & SQO targets.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales (automotive tech, mobility, or enterprise AI a plus).
  • Strong communicator with clear writing and storytelling ability.
  • Organized—comfortable managing many parallel conversations.
  • Persistent & coachable; target-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Proficient with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
