About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to join our LATAM Sales team and drive growth in the Mexican and regional packaging markets. In this role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to solution presentation and deal closure, with a focus on corrugated and packaging industry clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Business Units to deliver value-driven solutions that help our customers succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end sales activities within your assigned territory, including lead generation, prospect engagement, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and execute regional growth plans for ePS Packaging’s portfolio of software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver impactful, consultative sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and business value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and territory reporting using Salesforce.
- Represent ePS Packaging at tradeshows, industry events, and customer meetings (up to 60% travel).
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with ERP, MIS, or MES solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales environments.Strong understanding of packaging industry workflows and order lifecycle management.Experience engaging with C-level executives and multiple stakeholder groups.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).Willingness to travel across Mexico and the region as needed.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience selling to the corrugated or packaging sector.Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.Background in manufacturing or production technology environments.Why Join ePS
