JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, expanding market presence, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves setting sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving business growth through effective planning, execution, and leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Practical / Technical Skills
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Elaboration and monitoring of sales budgets
- Compliance with internal and external processes for participation in tenders with multinational customers
- Planning, monitoring and closing the execution of the projects in which the company participates, being the main face of the company in front of the key accounts in charge
- Use systems to manage sales pipelines and client interactions
Managerial Skills

Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics or similarAt least 3 years prior experience in inspection equipment, preferably vision. Ability to read and follow electrical / mechanical schematics to assist in isolating fault to root cause component / assembly.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals should possess excellent communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork.Must always be responsive to all customer issues.TRAVEL TIME : 70%
