We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative “Setter” to join the team.
As an SDR, you’ll set appointments with prospective clients and serve as the first point of contact, helping maintain and grow the brand.

Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture new relationships with prospects
- Maintain a clear, accurate pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM
- Coordinate with the SDR manager on new ways to attract clients and clear blockers
- Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods
- Understand, meet, and exceed targets, KPIs, and critical success factors
- Be available M–S to hit goals
- Rotate AM / PM shifts to vary outreach times
- Attend two training sessions per week with the SDR coach
- Research each prospect’s profile, website, and social channels to tailor outreach
- Review assigned companies and stakeholders to fill in missing information
- Assess engagement across prospects and accounts
- Qualify prospects
Requirements
Based in the United States or CanadaProficient with Instagram and general social media platformsExceptional over DM and text messageExcellent communication and presentation skillsSkilled at building rapportOpen to learning new sales processesRoutine-driven and coachableEager to grow rapidlySelf-sufficient with strong time managementWell organized with a pipeline that can be understood by the Sales Lead and SDR Manager6+ months of experience in an SDR / BDR roleResults
