¿Con quién trabajarás?

Nuestro equipo de mantenimiento da servicio a la planta Wabtec de fabricación, en donde hacemos motores de tracción para trenes entre otros productos. Por lo que estarás en contacto con todos los equipos de los diferentes departamentos como producción, manufactura, calidad, finanzas, seguridad.

¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?

Como miembro del equipo de mantenimiento, usted será responsable de asegurar el correcto mantenimiento, asesoría y ejecución de todo lo relacionado con las máquinas críticas.

Reporta directamente al gerente de mantenimiento

Tiene a su cargo a los técnicos de mantenimiento

Puede liderar diversos proyectos que requieran pensamiento crítico, enfoque a resultados, proyectos de ahorro, mejora continua, presupuestos entre otros.

¿Qué queremos saber de ti?

• Ingeniero Electro Mecánico , Industrial, Ingeniero en Mecatrónica o afin
• Contar con 5 años de experiencia mínima en área afines
• Tener el conocimiento de equipos CNC, soldadoras, prensas Hornos, Polipastos etc.
• Elaboración de programas en CAM y CAD
• Conocimientos de Hidráulica, Neumática, Electrónica, Electricidad, Potencia, subestaciones
• Experiencia en Administración de Mantenimiento (TPM, Mantenimiento Correctivo, Preventivo y Predictivo, Mantenimiento Mecánico, Eléctrico y Electrónico
• Conocimientos de paquetes computacionales como Office.
• Inglés 85% (deseable)
• Conocimientos de servomecanismos de lazo abierto y cerrado.
• Lectura e Interpretación de Dibujos, Mecánicos, Eléctricos, Neumáticos e Hidráulicos.

Refiere trato con personal operativo, técnico y trabajo en las máquinas de las líneas de producción en planta.
