Job Description

As a Jr. Software Engineer (DataOps and Security Team), you will use Python, Linux, and containerization to enhance data operations, monitoring and security infrastructure. You will focus on developing and enhancing security processes and tools, implement advanced monitoring solutions, and integrate security measures within the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to building robust security strategies and participate in developing micro-services within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of security processes and automated tooling to prevent various classes of security issues.
• Supporting software engineering teams in implementing security fixes, ensuring proper use of security scanners, and developing strategies to proactively secure the architecture.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipeline development, maintenance, and optimization with a focus on automated testing and deployment reliability.
• Support containerization efforts and Kubernetes deployments with proper configuration management and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, services, and systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
