Software Engineer II- AI+Java+Python

CONSULTFIZ LATAM , a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking fora Software Engineer with experience in Java, generative AI and hands on python experience.

Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain Java / Spring Boot microservices and REST / gRPC APIs

Integrate generative AI via AWS Bedrock; develop and orchestrate AI agents

Implement RAG pipelines : data ingestion, embedding / vectorization, and indexing in vector stores

Develop lightweight Flask services for AI / ML endpoints and tooling

Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS

Ensure reliability, performance, security, and test coverage (unit / integration)

Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams; document and support releases

Requirements :

3+ years software engineering; strong Java and Spring Boot expertise

Hands-on Python / Flask experience

Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar platforms (SageMaker, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)

Knowledge of embeddings / vectorization and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch kNN, pgvector)

Experience building AI agents / orchestration frameworks (e.g., Bedrock Agents, LangChain)

Solid grasp of microservices, event-driven patterns, and data stores (PostgreSQL)

CI / CD (GitHub Actions), Docker / Kubernetes, and testing frameworks (JUnit)
