Required Experience : the candidate must show a minimum of 6 years of experience handling FIDIC contractsSkills : Teamwork spirit, Leadership,English business levelCompetences : FIDIC Yellow Book, Project Management, Construction Management, Civil WorksScope of work The scope of work and responsibility of the Engineer are described below but not limited to : Site ManagementThe Engineer assists the Construction Project Manager and Project Manager in drawing up the Site Management Plan (incl Organization detail)ContentsThe Engineer assists the Construction Project Manager to determine administrative rules on the overall site supervision functions and monitor compliance with such rules.The Engineer convenes Potential Change Order meeting, prepares minutes, and manage documentation.The Engineer presents problems encountered (from and during site works) and any proposals for the project changes during the construction phases to the Construction Project Manager with whom agrees how to address such problems or changes.The Engineer reports to the Client on the progress of the construction project in terms of programing and cost and makes the arrangements for the Client's approval of payments and / or changes request during the project.The Engineer taking overs with the assistance of the Construction Project ManagerProgrammingThe Engineer monitors the overall progress of the construction in terms of programming and manages relevant documentation as per the FIDIC Yellow Book basis (based on schedules from General Contractor).

The Engineer registers the progress of work based on information provided by the General Contractor (GC) and the site supervision and records weather conditions and any delays.The Engineer has the responsibility to provide the total programing overview to the Client with the assistance of the Project Planner covering all contractors and FIDIC Yellow Book aspects.The engineer is responsible for preparing a weekly report for the progress reporting meeting with ClientCost ManagementDuring the construction phases, The Engineer monitors the overall progress of the construction in terms of cost and manages relevant documentation.In cooperation with site supervision the Engineer considers claims made by the GC.The Engineer reports to the Client on the progress of the construction in terms of cost, assesses progress payments claims and, in cooperation with the site supervision, arranges for additional payments made during the project to be approved by the Client.The Engineer shall make a professional recommendation on any matters which will have cost on program impact prior to making or issuing any instruction to the GC (however, level of authorization for taking decisions without escalation shall be agreed with the Client) All commercial decisions (including program changes) shall be addressed to Construction Project Manager and Construction Project Manager.Risk ManagementThe Engineer will assist to the construction management team to ensure the proper planning, managing and maintaining the Risk Analysis including mitigation plans.Available immediately1 Year Project
