Our Digital Marketing Performance Analyst role is responsible for measuring, interpreting, and communicating the performance of digital campaigns and organic strategies for the hotels managed by our agency.

The primary goal is to translate data into strategic insights that drive decision-making, optimize ad spend, and support sustainable growth for our hospitality clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate organic results (SEO, social media, and content), detecting seasonal trends and user behavior patterns.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and seasonal reports with clear strategic interpretation — not just raw metrics.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) and other visualization tools.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance for each hotel.
• Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to guide decisions based on data.
• Maintain up-to-date KPIs for each client : website traffic, leads, cost per booking, ROAS, and more.
• Identify emerging hospitality trends and their digital marketing implications.
