Technical Project Analyst – Portfolio Management Capacity.
Location : Mexico (with availability for relocation to Madrid, Spain ).

Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Analyst to join the Portfolio Management Capacity team, responsible for developing, consolidating, and maintaining strategic reports, scenarios, and analyses linked to the 2025–2030 planning cycle .
This role plays a key part in ensuring traceability, efficiency, and data quality across the project development model, providing an integrated and up-to-date view of the project portfolio.
The work environment is digital, data-driven, and automation-oriented , focused on generating valuable insights for executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, update, and monitor the weekly portfolio report , serving as the central control tool for all related reporting.
- Implement and maintain a continuous improvement process for data quality and integrity across all project portfolio information streams.
- Drive the digitalization and automation of reports, promoting autonomy in data processing and analysis.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination with other teams to align systems and information (Agora, SAP, EDL, etc.).
- Conduct structured analyses by domain : investment, planning, technical data, geographic data, and exceptions.
- Deploy new alert systems, quality KPIs, and continuous monitoring mechanisms in Power BI to enable real-time executive-level visualization of aggregated data.
- Optimize workflows and document management processes associated with deliverables and reports.
- Accelerate the update cycles of reports, ensuring both reliability and frequency of information.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related technical disciplines .Proven experience in data-driven project management , portfolio reporting , or business intelligence roles.Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Power BI) and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and ERP systems .Experience with process automation and workflow optimization .Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex datasets.Intermediate to advanced English level .Availability to relocate to Madrid (Spain).What We Offer :
