Decision Support Analyst – Acxiom

📍 Hybrid / Remote | 🌎 Global Company | Data & Analytics | Marketing Technology

At Acxiom , data is at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for a Senior Decision Support Analyst who’s ready to turn insights into impact.

In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to transform complex datasets into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and client success. You’ll be responsible for analyzing data performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that empower smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities and performance trends.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics that enable data-driven decisions across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes with robust data insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling way.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources and reporting tools.
  • Continuously improve analytical models, tools, and methodologies to enhance decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or decision support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel , and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to explain complex data simply.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic decisions.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).

  • Experience in data-driven marketing or media analytics.
  • Background in finance, operations, or forecasting analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
