QA Analyst – Manual, Salesforce preferred (Full-time Contract, Remote)

Contract type : Contractor, 100% Remote

Work hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK Time - At least 6 hours of overlap are expected

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and regression suites to ensure product quality across Salesforce applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with Digital scrum teams to plan, estimate, and verify user stories and acceptance criteria, driving high-quality delivery.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or production issues, performing root cause analysis to support rapid resolution.
• Test user interfaces for browser and device compatibility, as well as APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality and reliability.
• Contribute to QA standards and continuous improvement by researching tools, frameworks, and evolving industry practices.
