Role : QA Analyst – Manual Testing (Web Applications)

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : 100% Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a strong Manual QA Analyst with excellent communication and business acumen to support our client’s contact center applications, loyalty program projects, and custom web solutions . This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and developers, take ownership of QA processes, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional and non-functional testing of custom web applications (no mobile).
• Support testing for integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios .
• Create and execute test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
• Conduct API testing using Postman.
• Perform SQL data validations and queries to support backend testing.
• Use Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Work closely with business teams and developers to identify gaps, communicate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong ownership in follow-up, follow-through, and assertive communication .
