Business Growth Manager

Key Job Responsibilities : Lead and motivate sales teams to drive sales growth, expand the client base, and deliver logistics solutions.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts.Manage key accounts, provide excellent customer service, and build long-term partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitor market trends, and track sales performance.Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
