Head of Growth Role ProfilePurpose of RoleResponsible for leading the overall strategy for client acquisition and retention, ensuring sustained growth in the number of active users.
This role coordinates local teams to ensure goal achievement, process standardization, and optimization of the customer experience throughout their lifecycle.Key ResponsabilitiesNew Client AcquisitionDesign and implement commercial strategies focused on attracting new clients, aligned with the strategic objectives of each cycle.Oversee the acquisition pipeline and ensure efficient conversion at every stage of the funnel.Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships that support client acquisitionExisting Client RetentionImplement effective tactics to drive client retention and early reactivation.Identify risks of churn or cancellation and coordinate specific recovery plans.Standardize processes related to client continuity across all business units.Work closely with Finance to manage outstanding balances and payment agreements that support ongoing service access.Cross-Functional Leadership and ManagementLead and support the teams responsible for client acquisition and retention.Continuously analyze key business indicators and generate executive performance reports.Promote the efficient use of technology tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis systems.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation to achieve area objectives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of acquisition and retention goals.Conversion rates by stage in the commercial pipeline.Retention rate by key segments.Reduction in cancellations and unplanned client losses.Quality, timeliness, and accuracy of performance reports.Level of process standardization.Adoption and effective use of management systems and toolsSkills, Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.7–10 years of experience in commercial leadership, client management, or strategic development in service-oriented industries.Proven experience in personalized service environments and high-retention models.Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and business intelligence tools.Minimum English level : B2 (able to participate in meetings and produce executive reports).
