We are currently seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Senior Advisor / Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

We are currently seeking a Corporate Development / Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA’s Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition and investment opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the M&A life cycle including origination, business case, due diligence and transaction execution
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation and analysis and due diligence of potential acquisition targets
  • Partner with other team members of the Corporate Development team and senior leadership in support of executing our M&A strategy
  • Monitor, analyze and report on industry trends, competitor activity that may inform strategic decision and choices
  • Prepare Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities
  • Support post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitoring acquisition performance and realization of growth targets

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in M&A, Corporate Development or Finance / Accounting (with a focus on Valuation) related roles with a focus on corporate transactions
  • Proven analytical capabilities and extensive Financial Modeling skills and an understanding of valuation methodologies and broader financial analysis
  • Proactive and self driven with ability to work in high growth / fast paced environment, managing multiple projects
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to perform complex analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
  • Experience

  • 5+ years prior on the job experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting / Finance (with a focus on corporate valuation at large big 4 type firm), or related position
  • Bachelors, or equivalent Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (Preferred)
