Job Description :
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Key Account Director and Technical Professional to join our team and manage our most strategic client relationships, promoting business development and new opportunities, strategic planning, reports, forecast and feedback in executive level (CIO / CTO / CFO / CDO, etc.).
Key Responsibilities :
- Key Account Management : Build, sustain, and expand long-lasting relationships with strategic customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Sales Acumen : Experience in generating new sales opportunities and develop plan to advance until deal closure.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities within accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals.
- Project Oversight : Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Technical Leadership : Provide expert technical guidance on our products, ensuring solutions are tailored to clients’ business and technical needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
- Industry Insight : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide proactive advice to clients and inform business strategy.
- Reporting : Produce regular account reviews, forecasts, and status updates for senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business and / or Business Development Related.10+ years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in technology-driven environment.Track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical and tactical solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with cross-functional team leadership.Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.Strong Leadership, Project Management Oriented and Technical Background in Telecon and Finance Industries are a differential.Fluent in English and SpanishBenefits :
