Sr. Associate - Deal Advisory / FDD (Financial Due Diligence)

Our client is seeking Senior Associates to join its Transaction Advisory Services team as it continues to grow rapidly. This is a hands-on role for professionals ready to take the lead on workstreams within active M&A engagements, interfacing with both clients and targets. The team supports a variety of sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, retail and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead portions of financial due diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side clients
• Conduct quality of earnings, working capital, and other key financial analyses
• Interface with target company management and client deal teams
• Develop insights and contribute to written client deliverables
• Work across diverse sectors with a growing focus on healthcare transactions
