Product Associate Director - Buyer Experience

The role :

Clip is looking for a Product Associate Director to lead the team responsible for our digital payment services. This position is focused on providing leadership to the Product Management team that is building and scaling our buyer experience and value-added services, including bill payments and mobile top-ups.

The candidate will drive the team's product vision and strategy, ensure timely and high-quality execution, and contribute to the overall company goals. He / she will lead a product team focused on creating best-in-class solutions for users in Mexico, working in close collaboration with our international technology and business teams to deliver a world-class experience for millions of users.

What will I be doing?

• Define the overall product vision and strategy for the Buyer Experience & Value-Added Services domain and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
• Set the high-level product roadmap, guide prioritization, and ensure your team has the support to launch category-defining solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape in Mexico to inform new ideas and business priorities.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment of goals and resources across multiple global offices.
• Implement best-in-class product development and management practices within your team.
• Champion a deep understanding of the Mexican consumer, ensuring their needs are at the center of the product development process.

Ideal Candidate :

10+ years of experience in product management at a tech company.

5+ years' experience leading and mentoring product managers.

Deep experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or the Payments Industry is required.

Proven track record of launching commercially successful products with great experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
