Talent Acquisition Partner

Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in Apodaca, Mexico .

The Talent Acquisition Partner will create and execute market driven strategies to acquire direct labor talent. This individual will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for highly skilled welders, machine operators, and a variety of technicians. This includes cultivating community relationships and pipelines, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the company attracts and hires candidates efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to identify talent and maintain a pipeline of potential hires for various director labor positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies & identification of the correct recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates for positions like : Maintenance Technicians, Welders, Machine Operators, Assembly, Quality, Crating and Logistics
• Create a digital and physical presence in the local talent market, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, community organizations, job fairs, and agency partnerships to find potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
• Build relationships with HRBP and supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring supervisors to ensure a successful onboarding process for new employees.
