As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every stage. You will be responsible for maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and supporting the recruitment team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Acting as the main point of contact for queries within your area of responsibility, you’ll provide efficient and flexible support to help drive a seamless recruitment experience.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese for business communication is required.

Responsibilities
- Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening.
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pes vendor) and other account stakeholders.
- Managing outbound-only calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Skills & Experience
Effective proficiency in English and Portuguese for business communication.Proven experience in customer service, preferably handling high-volume inquiries via calls and case management systems.Ability to support users in setting up and navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.Strong problem-solving skills, with prior experience in IT service desk or system troubleshooting considered a plus.Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to guide users through system-related processes.Why AMS
