In this role, you will assist clients and third-party contractors during the installation process, ensuring a seamless setup and providing live remote training and support.
Your knowledge of restaurant operations and technology will help our clients set up their business for greater success and efficiency both before and after POS implementation.This is ahybrid position, requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week (based on manager's guidance).
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote assistance for hardware installations , including workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, and other POS-integrated devices.Support the installation of network equipment such as routers, firewalls, patch cables, and cable management.Deliver remote training sessions and live support for clients and third-party partners.Manage menu and system functionality changes as needed.Execute and track pre-installation and post-installation task lists to ensure readiness and success.Conduct remote site readiness visits to validate installation requirements.Provide remote troubleshooting and problem resolution during and after setup.Minimum QualificationsStrong knowledge of restaurant operations and workflows.Ability to invoice for services accurately.Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while resolving client issues.Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills .
Understanding of basic financial accounting principles .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to coach and interact with diverse stakeholders , including restaurant managers, owners, executives, and chefs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
Experience Requirements2+ years of experience with POS implementation and system installations.2+ years of restaurant industry experience , ideally across multiple restaurant types.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma required.Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
