Boarding Specialist

DescriptionGlobal Payments Technology is looking for a Boarding Specialist to join the Operations Team to support merchants boarding and enhancements to the customer.Receive applications from the commercial team to analyze and approve or reject the application.Review the information provided by the RM in the application form and analyze if the information provided is complete, accurate and consistent with the support documentationprovided.Analyze if the provided documentation is complete and consistent with the merchant application form.Use the tools provided and available to inform if the application form is approved or rejected providing information on the reason for the case of rejects.Interact with other team members of the process chain to ensure each case is treated as seamless as possible.Comply with the SLAs of each stage of the process.Do the quality checks of the process and report accordingly to what the manager requests.
