Leasing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be goal-driven, detail-oriented, and professional, with the ability to match client needs to available properties while maintaining strong resident relations.A successful Leasing Specialist should be solution-oriented, well-informed about property operations, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand overall property strategies, including performance goals, occupancy, and leasing.Respond to phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, conduct virtual leasing tours, schedule appointments, and guide applicants through the application process.Verify applicant information, including income verification when needed, and forward applications to the Property Manager for final approval.Process applications accurately and efficiently.Maintain direct contact with tenants and applicants, serving as the first point of contact for leasing-related questions, move-ins, renewals, and delinquencies.Answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.RequirementsExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Property Management experience with US-based companies is required.Job stability is a must — candidates should demonstrate consistency and commitment in previous roles.Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers or situations.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy; proficient PC skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate : $8–$9 USD per hourRemote positionFull-time employment (40 hours per week)Growth potential within the property management industry
