We are looking to hire a Sr.

Accounts Receivable to join our team at Toluca.What you can look forward as Sr.

Accounts Receivable : Be back up of Sr.

Accountant of the Company / Maintain, control and explain the accounts of the Results and Balance Sheet / Perform the entries, transfer charge / payment of retropricing, peso content or any other concept that integrates the client\'s checkTo be the point of liaison with AR Shared and the contact with indirect suppliers / Mapping and review the accounts between local ERP and SAP system (KP8)Attend Internal Control Support audit requirements, execute internal audits / Attend the requirements of the Corporate / Meet the requirements of external auditing accounting firm (E & Y)Attend Internal Control Support audits, as requested at 100% / 100% FCA billing and 100% payment applicationProcess incoming supplier invoices, including validation, coding, and posting in the ERP system / Monitor and trigger invoice verification workflow while working closely together with Purchasing.Prepare payment proposals while working closely together with Treasury.Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

/ Perform month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable (e.g., closing of subledgers & reconciliations)Maintain accurate documentation, archiving and audit trails for all AP transactions.Your profile as Sr.

Accounts Receivable : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field+3 years of experience in the same áreaEnglish intermediate levelExperienced in delivery of new ERP / other finance system as well as knowledge of multiple ERP systems (SAP)Why to choose ZF at Toluca?
