The Accounts Receivable Leader under the direction of the Sr. AR Manager, will be responsible for the Account receivable for Wholesale and Concession for the US & Canada process, ensuring timely collections, and accurate reconciliation. Provide strong leadership to a team of 2 direct reports, by setting clear goals, expectations, and priorities. Motivate team members to achieve their full potential and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following :
Delegate and supervise certain tasks to team members to improve workplace functions and efficiencies.Promote effective teamwork for achieving organization goals.Trains team members for a clear understanding of account receivable functions / systems via documented SOPs to create consistent, sustainable and repeatable processes.Expedite collections on account receivables via collection calls and written communication to help achieve company DSO targets.Review daily aging to determine credit holds and credit releases; work with sales and planner to help achieve monthly shipping targets and sales goals.Identifies payment discrepancies and initiates dispute resolution process.Manage and resolve chargebacks by conducting through research, gathering documentation, andliaising with internal teams (Sales and logistics) to dispute or validate claims.Maintain a detail chargeback tracking report to monitor status, resolution timelines, and financial impact.Accounts reconciliation to customer remittances.
Support with developing and implementing process improvement to minimized future chargebacks and enhance recovery rates.Support the Sr. AR Manager in serving as the point of contact for customers regarding accountdiscrepancies and payment issues.Use excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with various levels of customers to facilitate payment by resolving billing or payment issues.Utilize excellent analytical and negotiation techniques to expedite collection of accounts receivables.GL reconciliation / allocation and perform general ledger postings when applicable.Working with other areas of Finance, the business and internal and external auditors to ensure policy and process compliance.Documents end to end processes in a way that people without specific knowledge can easily follow.Support for all audits as it relates to AR.
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree required.6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable function.Must be able to work independently.Advance level of English required.Problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex payment discrepancies.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.Must be able to prioritize workload.Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.Must work well in a team.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of Wholesale and Concession receivable (preferred).Proficient in all Microsoft office programs (especially Excel & Word).SAP experience strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in accounts receivable in the Fashion Industry (preferred).
