These customers are typically experienced executives seeking to transition into Board Advisory, Fractional, or Non-Executive Director roles.You will be primarily responsible for winning back customers who have stopped paying for their membership.
This involves managing a specific pipeline of customers, monitoring their progress through a CRM system, and following up over the phone to maximize the collection of overdue payments.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
This role reports to the Head of Customer.As the first person in this specific role, it's important that you're able to hit the ground running and are comfortable navigating uncertainty.Salary$20,000 + $5000 OTE
