If you're excited to be part of our family, make your next career move with us.Key Responsibilities : Coordinate the introduction of new products to the production line.Lead pilot tests and process validations.Identify and mitigate risks in the implementation of products.Documentation and BOM : Prepare, review, and update sample BOMs, drawings, and SOPs; assist with document version control and process definition.Trial Production Coordination : Track trial build status, report technical issues, and document key milestones.System Operation : Assist with basic CAD / BPM operation and PLM system configuration.Localization Bridging : Translate engineering specs and procedures into Spanish for local technician understanding.Qualifications & Requirements : 3+ years in sample / trial engineering with cable assembly or industrial manufacturing.Experience with BOM creation, documentation control, and trial build process.Fluent in Spanish and English (written / spoken).Strong familiarity with IPC-WHMA-A-620 preferred.Ability to simplify technical instructions and ensure high documentation accuracy.Availability to travel occasionally (Valid passport / VISA).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits : SINBON is starting operations in México, we are currently offering : Career growth, development opportunities, Supportive work culture.Law benefits.(IMSS, Infonavit, Vacations, Christmas Bonus).Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 6 : 00AM to 3 : 30PM.Work location : Logistik 2 in SLP.
