Joining Process Engineer Coordinator

What awaits you?

• As a Joining Process Engineer Coordinator , you will be responsible for the development, control, and standardization of tightening, riveting, and screwing technologies for our new 6th generation high-voltage batteries.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize our joining processes (tightening, riveting, and screwing), including a qualification strategy for all new technologies.
• Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to solve complex problems, improve system availability, and ensure a highly efficient, automated production line.
• Lead projects with suppliers and internal teams to implement modifications and optimizations on time and within budget.
• Be an active member of our global network, introducing new innovations (such as Industry 4.0 applications) and sharing the best practices from the BMW Group.
