Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee cable assembly projects (NPI) from RFQ to mass production; ensure timely delivery according to IATF 16949 / APQP; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing).
• Technical Execution : Lead cable design, prototyping, validation (ESD, EMC, vibration), and BOM finalization.
• Localization Support : Collaborate with other sites to transfer processes, specifications, and provide training to the Mexican team.
• Quality Management : Ensure zero critical defects in mass production and implement lessons learned.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the implementation of products.
• Implement continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
