About the Role

goFLUENT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer with a passion for cold outreach and B2B sales . In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline — the crucial first step in engaging with future clients and generating high-quality business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for potential clients — you are the voice of goFLUENT.

Prospect new leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

Identify decision-makers and uncover potential business needs and pain points.

Build and nurture relationships with high-potential leads , supporting the sales team to secure meetings and close deals.

Maintain and update prospect data and interactions in Salesforce .

Collaborate closely with your teammates to continuously improve outreach strategies and results.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales , telesales , or similar outbound sales roles.

Proven ability and confidence in cold calling and making high-volume outbound contacts.

Excellent communication skills – engaging, proactive, and persuasive.

Resilient and goal-oriented – you bounce back from challenges and keep pushing forward.

Eager to learn and apply modern sales methodologies .

Tech-savvy : Comfortable with Microsoft Office , Google Workspace , and ideally Salesforce .

Creative and strategic thinker – able to tailor messaging and personalize outreach .

Spanish : Native or advanced level (required)

English : Advanced level is a strong plus
