Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location : Mexico City (Remote) – Focus on Mexico, Central & South America, and the U.S.–Mexico border

We’re looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with a strong understanding of freight forwarding and time-critical logistics to help expand our OBC / Hand Carry services across Mexico, Central & South America , and the U.S.–Mexico border region .
Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and engage freight forwarders and logistics companies within your assigned region (Mexico, Central & South America, and the U.S.–Mexico border).
- Introduce and promote OBC ONE’s time-critical OBC / Hand Carry solutions, helping forwarders understand when and how our service can solve their urgent logistics needs.
- Generate qualified requests from new and existing prospects — both from assigned leads and primarily through your own outbound prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain awareness of OBC ONE’s capabilities across the regional freight forwarding community through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Use the company CRM to document all activities, track pipeline progress, manage leads, and maintain accurate reporting for management.
- Visit freight forwarders’ offices regularly and represent OBC ONE professionally in-person throughout your region.
- Travel to industry events and trade shows to build connections, represent the brand, and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and / or Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff once a qualified request is generated.
Qualifications
Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or time-critical transportExperience as an onboard courier is an advantageStrong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreachProactive, organized, and able to manage your own territory effectivelyWhat We Offer :
