Our client is a highly successful organization partnering with established clinics in the specialized field of functional wellness and aesthetic treatment packages. They are committed to maximizing inbound lead conversion and maintaining a premium, exclusive client experience. We are seeking a sales leader to drive their revenue growth.

This is an ideal position for a highly experienced, proactive sales professional ready to step into a leadership and coaching capacity. You will dedicate your time mentoring and training junior appointment setters, and also directly manage and close the most complex, high-value inbound leads. This role requires a senior individual who is entirely self-driven, understands and implements advanced sales frameworks, and can optimize sales processes to exceed team revenue targets and enhance the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Coaching & Mentorship : Lead, train, and coach the existing team of appointment setters to improve their confidence, show rates, and conversion capabilities on warm inbound leads.
  • High-Ticket Conversion : Directly manage the most complex and high-value inbound leads, utilizing proven sales frameworks to effectively overcome price, skepticism, and other common high-ticket objections.
  • Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize communication workflows, including email and CRM templates (e.g., SalesMate / HighLevel), to improve lead nurturing and ensure consistent, professional messaging.
  • Performance Accountability : Track, monitor, and report on key KPIs, including appointments per week and total sales volume / value, ensuring the team hits weekly revenue goals.
  • Cross-functional Coordination : Act as the liaison between marketing and sales operations, ensuring seamless transitions of qualified leads to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience Level : A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, high-performance sales experience in a professional setting. Candidates must demonstrate a self-driven, leadership mindset.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven expertise in Objection Handling and deep knowledge of formal sales methodologies (e.g., Closer Method, SPIN Selling, etc.).
  • High-Ticket Focus : Prior experience selling high-value packages, complex services, or B2C solutions where the average sale price is significant.
  • Language Proficiency : Advanced-level English fluency is required.
  • Tech Skills : High proficiency with CRMs (ideally SalesMate / GoHighLevel) and organizational software.
  • Nice-to-Have : Previous experience in Functional Wellness, Aesthetics, Med-Spa, or Health sales; familiarity with marketing automation; Spanish fluency (to handle occasional Spanish-speaking leads).
