Hybrid work in CDMXRESPONSABILITIES : Analyze the current state of technology to define requirements for cloud solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with decision makers and influencers to foster opportunities.Participate in thought leadership activities to share insights and drive innovation.Experience in managing technology projects is requested, to collaborate with a leading banking institution in financial services.The role involves leading the generation of opportunities and the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions in software factory projects, cloud technologies (especially AWS), and Staff Augmentation models.The person will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring service quality, optimizing costs, fostering innovation in multidisciplinary teams, and aligning technological objectives with business goals.HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED : Leadership skills and experience in agile methodologies are required.Experience in the financial sector will be highly valued.Advanced proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
