What you will do
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement : Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures; lead the Technical Discovery call with strong interpersonal skills; demonstrate knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and high‐level requirements (timeline, budget, technical skills, risk); deliver clear, persuasive client-facing communications.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation : Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; tailor deliverables to client challenges identified during discovery; integrate technical insights with business strategy.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff : Coordinate among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement to team buildout and project kickoff; act as a concierge for deals and translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; maintain a consulting mindset to align proposals with targeted business outcomes.
Must Haves
3+ years of experience in similar Sales & Delivery Management rolesExceptional Communication & Soft Skills : strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly, presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactionsUX & Presentation Design Acumen : solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking; proven ability to create high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposalsTechnical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge : deep understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while keeping business impact in focusAnalytical & Strategic Thinking : strong ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies while balancing client objectives with feasibilityTeam Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination : experience working across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting; ability to align multiple stakeholdersConsultative Sales Experience : prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting in a digital software environmentPerks and Benefits
