Regional Leadership Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the management of multi-unit franchise operations. As Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing strategies for new and existing markets, leading cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing support to our franchisees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create development plans for store growth and sales improvement.
- Determine overall direction for departments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and brand standards.
- Direct and coordinate regional activities, conducting annual business reviews with franchisees.
- Lead and perform full scope of management functions for assigned staff.
- Communicate with the company regarding opportunities or issues affecting the brand or franchisees.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of hands-on operations leadership experience in multi-unit, franchise organizations.Demonstrated experience in leading people and cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
