Overview
Dahua Technology México is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to all business units and teams within the Dahua México region. The Legal Counsel will collaborate closely with the headquarters Legal Department in China and with local managers and directors on a broad range of legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to the distribution of video surveillance products and solutions.
- Oversee corporate governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with anti-bribery laws, data privacy and security regulations, competition laws, and product compliance standards.
- Provide counsel on labor laws and collaborate with the HR team.
- Provide general legal guidance to each company’s departments.
- Manage business disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Develop and implement legal and compliance training courses and policies.
Requirements
