We're seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services – LATAM, passionate about driving growth, leadership, and strategic vision. You will lead the evolution of our Latam-based services teams across the full value chain (Advise, Implement & Operate – PS) to accelerate customer value and deliver exceptional outcomes. Reporting to the Global CoE Head, you will be the accountable leader for all aspects of our professional services practice including services expansion, delivery, and operations.
Location note : candidates located in Mexico City or Monterrey are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the LatAm professional services organization, building a high-performing team recognized as best in class.
- Drive customer value realization, revenue growth, high customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Act as a customer success evangelist, championing ServiceNow solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
- Shape and communicate the mission, vision, values, and leadership traits to guide the practice.
