Sr SAP Security Analyst - ERP Technical Services

This position will require strong consulting skills, Security solution design, and Strong SAP security & GRC expertise to support security implementation of an ERP-enabled Global Template into the Gates business environment. This role will represent as security SME for S4HANA implementation at Gates and work closely with Centralized COE, Regional project & deployment, and numerous other technical resources to evaluate, design, develop & administrate SAP security requirements.
In addition, this role will also be responsible to manage GRC service providers to keep SAP & related auxiliary systems secured for maximum performance. Internally, this role will report to Gates ERP Technical Services lead in US.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Establish & Implement SAP / Application security principles, SAP security implementation methodologies, role-based access controls, distributed systems administration, and distributed system analysis.
- Considered SME in Security discipline; mentors and guides internal & external resources in the use of procedures & standards. Develops and drives standard practices within the team;
- Manage SAP security configuration with external partners to meet established security requirements for both day-to-day support and projects.
- Support complex system integration efforts from security side and develop level of effort (LOE) estimates to meet program timelines / guidelines
- Perform SAP security role design tasks creating transaction and authorization object level configuration; parent and single derived roles creation; guide and direct user assignments
- Support the compliance team on standard methodologies for access management, change management and operations assuring that segregation of duties (SoD) is maintained as established.
- Work as SME to manage HANA DB (On Premise & Cloud) security as well as Gates GRC solution implementation including Conduct security and continuity assessment.
- Work with Information Security, Internal Audit, Compliance, Project, and operation teams to find opportunities to continually advance SAP security
- Manage L1 & L2 level SAP Security production support for security access issues. Interact with key functional / business stakeholders for providing a resolution to SAP Security / GRC errors / exceptions.
QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.Experience in SAP security & authorization concept for standard role-based security for both on-premises systems such as S4HANA, Fiori, GTS, PI / PO, Solution Manager as well as new SAP Cloud solutions.Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables and ability to identify authorization errors using SUIM, SU53 and ST01 to provide consultative support to businessProficient with SU24 and Auth object maintenanceStrong work experience with SAP GRC Access Control for centralized risk management, compliant provisioning, and role administration. Previous experience with other Turnkey / SaaS GRC solution is desired.Proficient in continuous monitoring tools such as Solution Manager's Configuration Validation & System Recommendation or similar products.Experience in project documentation such as designing test scripts and developing complex role design specificationsPrevious experience working in a Global outsourced, managed services environment with blend of onshore and offshore resources.REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems or other related field.
