We actively seek a Senior Enterprise Architect to provide deep SAP product knowledge throughout Mexico.
Position Summary : The Senior Enterprise Architect will serve as a dedicated SAP pre-sales resource to clients and prospects to support meeting revenue targets for SAP third-party maintenance services. You will articulate Rimini Street’s support model and value proposition, aid in sales strategies, and deliver customer-specific presentations. You will also contribute to ongoing service offerings and value-added services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop proposals and presentation content for specific sales opportunities.
- Present our support model and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries.
- Partner with pre-sales Enterprise Architects regarding full service offerings, including managed services and SaaS services.
- Coordinate globally with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for renewal support sales.
- Share product knowledge with the broader SAP team.
- Deliver presentations (remote and in person) with confidence; address objections.
- Provide detailed scoping requirements for support services delivered by Rimini Street.
- Manage the internal sales process to close deals.
- Travel as required to support SAP product line sales and initiatives.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor and / or Master’s Degree.Location : Mexico.Experience : 10+ years hands-on experience in an SAP product line environment; at least 5 years pre-sales experience including 2-3 years in a pre-sales role selling IT services; experience and success in scoping and defining service requirements (e.g., SOW) and articulating IT service value propositions.Required Qualifications : Understanding of Solution Manager and common components; understanding of license and maintenance agreements; knowledge of Cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP).Skills : Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation); strong documentation; collaboration; fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese nice to have).Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Solution Manager components; experience in IT services pre-sales and managed services.Additional Information
