Job Description :

We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard mana gement , shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.

Kaleris is seeking a top-notch Support Engineer in Vera Cruz, Mexico. You will work from our site in Veracruz or hybrid or remote, and report to the CVS Support manager. You will be part of a global customer support team providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for our Loading Computer MACS3, our Stowage Planning, and Cloud products.

Responsibilities

Supporting our customers in using our software and hardware products in English

Analyzing / identifying customer needs and preparing a solution by cooperating with other departments

Connecting between our customers and our software development group

Managing the case life cycle by using our ticketing tool

Building and updating our knowledge database for our customers in order to raise quality standards and improve our products

Providing 24 / 7 support for critical issues

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or similar or Marine Architecture, and knowledge in the maritime environment OR a strong maritime background, paired with good IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

A strong customer orientation; good communication skills; natural patience in stressful situations

Strong English language skills, both written and spoken

Teamwork and team orientation is mandatory

Willingness to continuously learn through in-house trainings or self-studies
