HR Process Improvement Specialist

Location : Azcapotzalco, Distrito Federal

Job Overview : The HR Operations Specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of core HR processes, programs, and best practices to support strategic objectives. Provide functional support to HR Operations and Talent Acquisitions teams while ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and service. Focus on improving core process delivery tools and systems – such as talent acquisition, onboarding and employment life cycle, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or technology-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting recruitment and / or HR Operations in a growing company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR applications (ATS, Workday, ADP or similar) and processes to support HR service delivery.
  • Strong business acumen and focus on internal / external experience.
  • Ability to run and drive routine reports to support data needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee candidate tracking during hiring and onboarding.
  • Improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain reporting programs for applicants and employees.
  • Ensure processes comply with core business processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Data entry and proactive auditing of HR systems; maintain employee files and records.
  • Support broader HR initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation, organization, communication, and collaboration skills; adapt to changing environments.
