You will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, Internal Communication and Facility Management.
The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.Role & ResponsibilityRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and questions.Assist in administering HR programs, including compensation / benefits, talent acquisition, orientation & onboarding, training and performance management.Maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Prepare reports as needed.Keep up to date with employment laws / regulations, including necessary legal postings, to ensure compliance.Assist in the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices as needed.Support across HR operations.People RelationsManage employee relations to promote positive employer-employee relationships and enhance organizational effectiveness.Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Support talent management, training, succession planning, and employee development.Provide support to managers addressing job, salary, and benefit / payroll matters, while ensuring accurate reporting.Manage end-to-end staffing processes, incl.
determining staffing needs and facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding.Talent AcquisitionExecute hiring processes, initial assessments, interviews, offers, job posting optimization, job board procurement, recruitment campaign planning, and talent planning.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to execute the recruitment process, ensuring positive applicant experience and serve as an advisor for recruitment strategy.Coordinate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria, source applicants, plan interviews, and utilize systems for efficient candidate management.Manage relationships with third party recruitment agencies / firms, overseeing procurement and measurement process.Internal CommunicationFoster a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment through implementation of appropriate communication and management strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans that support the company's objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Generate compelling content for various communication channels.Facilities ManagementManage relationships with third party vendors, including but not limited to transportation, security, catering.Mailroom and supply ordering.Oversee the Bobcat store, including inventory, ordering, pricing.Job Requirement- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
