- 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with or supporting a Human Resources function, recruitment team, and / or HR Operations processes.
- Applies thorough knowledge of business concepts, procedures, practices, and a general understanding of Human Resources fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others.
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
